I believe it goes into law in June or July. Gov Mills said she was on the fence and did not sign the bill so it passed by one vote in both Senate and House. The Truth is, Mills did not sign it because when she runs for Senate, she can say " I did not sign that bill".

The fact is this passed because of the cluster f*** that went on in Lewiston. They acted on feelings and not facts. The entire LEO operation was a total joke. Self dispatching and no coordination plus intoxicated cops that showed up and almost hit another armored vehicle is just the tip. Yesterday it was learned a leaked memo was also to blame.

The scum bags didn’t even carve out a provision of current license holders to be excluded.
Time to send another 100 to GOME to get this tossed out.
